It doesn't make him feel awkward or more interested in her or anything, it doesn't appear to make him feel anything, he forgot about it.
Naruto was more affected by his kiss with Sasuke than Ash was from Serena. This is irritating beyond belief
The oblivious protagonist thing can only go so far before it stops making sense. Ash not being able to read social situations has never been so completely warped
Ash can tell that Misty wants to follow him and has an extremely character specific reaction to it but doesn't have ANYTHING to say about Serena kissing him.
If mpm ends with no follow up on serena it will be unforgivable
