Also, Brock's Ataru-esque tendencies come from his mommy issues (reminder Brock's dad is a certified cuck abd deadbeat dad whilst Brock's mom is the certified Pewter City's Bike).
Maybe Brock's goal in MPM has to do with getting over his mommy issues and settle with a girl that can like him for what he is. His skills as a Pokémon doctor trainee may have a role in his endgoal.
MPM isn't about tangible goals, but about getting over an inner handicap.
