Jolteon will be an inevitability as I keep going to OGPP, I haven't yet had a reason to go back to Cyan Beach or Snowdrop Tundra, but I'll eventually get my 3 star Vaporeon/Glaceon that way.

Sylveon does still outclass Wigglytuff as a dedicated E4E healer, but Jigglypuff candies are more abundant and has two evolutions available
Eevee and Vaporeon are the most accessible skill specialists with Ingredient Magnet S, the only other option is the rare Heracross which is both slower and has a lower skill trigger rate (but has a higher pity proc rate).
Oh, speaking of pity procs.
I have a suspicion that changing your team does more than reset readied skill activations, I think it may also be resetting their pity count.
My max skill rate Wigglytuff hasn't been proccing a lot this week, and I think that's due to how frequently I've been swapping between Blastoise and Victreebel to try and make butter curries.
