You absolutely can find someone who'd take that trade in one of the Discords if you're proactive, but if you're just looking for the Lillie DX to come to you you can probably get one passively on Poke Trade/Hub apps within a week or two. Ultimately, Lillie DX has more "value" than Irida, but it isn't a terrible trade.

Each character has their own “voice,” their own way of speaking. Words they end up using a lot, a way they react to people critiquing them or complimenting them, what they poke fun at, etc. Once you’ve fleshed out the vibe/tone of the character, the voice should come pretty naturally.

The only way to get better at writing dialogue is to write it. I’d even say if you’re just trying to improve, write the scene as a script for a play/show. It’s easy to get bogged down in the prose, but prose isn’t why you’d be doing the exercise. If you’re scared of that, read/watch shows with large casts and notice how each character, however similar they may be with their backgrounds, speak differently.

It's easy to sleep on Garchomp because stage 2 mons are abundant and many are better. But when you combine Copycat with Reckless shearing, you're getting your whole deck out in no time flat. Lucario EX could potentially be Gastrodon instead just to stay in the Cynthia theme. Or you know, something more practical. Either way it goes, if you want something fun to run through your solo missions, go for it.

Good thing that by now we know that the most reasonably possible answer to that is that Pokémon have their bodies deconstructed to a small concentrated mass kept inside the Poké Ball while their consciousness experiences a simulated space.

One could say they are... Shrinking, which they indeed are, but of course the word shrink doesn't fully convey the proper answer, it might make people think they're shrunk in a much more literal sense which is course is absurd.

Oh god, never knew how to describe this sort of style but yes, the men look so inflated. I guess this is the gay male equivalent to the straight male's overly exaggerated hourglass-shaped women? Hmm... I'm too autistic to pick mons outside of my men's "home generations" for actual daydreaming purposes so I'd end up with 2 cute Wurmple and an adorable Burmy. I guess one of the Wurmple could be shiny... Even without a different color, when fully evolved, I'd have a mix of moth & butterfly men (Pokemon form) and that would be wonderful! And even if they wouldn't (fully) evolve, I love the entire Wurmple evolution tree. 2 Wurmple would genuinely make me so happy. And Burmy is adorable... I think back in the day I was neutral to "meh" about it, but it kinda grew on me over all these years & playthroughs. Not to mention the teasing potential with its cloak...
A less restricted answer could be: Larvesta, Sewaddle & Charjabug.
