I created this OC back when Koa Anon was talking about a tournament in his story and I suggested maybe a prize for winning was a Frigibax egg brought by the Paldean dragon clan members participating, if Koa Anon wanted to explain how his character got a Frigibax, but that option didn't quite work out for what he had in mind. But it got me thinking about making a Dragon-type specialist.
Not entirely satisfied with the first name, but Clan Cuélebre of Paldea is the important part. She acts as an international liaison on behalf of her clan and her job is to travel between the different dragon clans in other regions to handle diplomatic relations. This could be anything from settling disputes to coordinating meetings. To reflect her role as an intermediary, all of her Poke'mon are mid-stage, because she acts as a bridge between and all of her Poke'mon represent a different region that has a dragon clan.
Her partner is Arctibax, representing her clan in Paldea.
Dragonair represents the Kanto/Johto clan.
Vibrava represents Hoenn, but the Draconids seems to be gone.
Gabite for Sinnoh.
Fraxure for Unova.
And Hakumo-o for Koa's Alolan dragon clan.
I don't think Kalos and Galar have dragon clans, so no Sliggoo or Drakloak.
