>11Straight line. There's also a couple of waterfalls, one leading up, the other down.
>12Basically just a giant field. Not a straight line, but it's just as bad.
>13Cliffs, bridges, beaches. This route has multiple levels, has two houses, multiple tiny nooks and crannies that are directly away from the path of progression, a small grassy island, and access to Giant Chasm.
>14Lots of cliffs and waterfalls, many of which, lead to a small nook or cranny. Access to Abundant Shrine via waterfalls.
>15Two ways to progress here. The northern, cliffy path and the southern, grassier path. Also has access to Poke transfer lab and more nooks and crannies.
>16Straightforward progression. Small northern area with a bunch of items and trainers. Access to Lostlorn Forest.
>17This route is split in two. The section before route 18 and the one after. A maze of water currents. The northern part has access to the P2 Laboratory and in the sequels, Plasma Frigate.
>18A series of cliffs and beaches. Has an above area and a below area.
>19A starting route. It's simplistic. Has a small northern area that's inaccessible until you unlock Surf.
>20Somewhat more complex compared to other second routes. Has multiple side areas, including a couple that are only accessible during certain seasons and the Cave of Being.
>21A surfing maze bisected by the Seaside Cave.
>22Again, another route with multiple progression paths. Has those balancing thing that Route 7 had.
>23The final Unova Route. You can either walk along the cliffs, or the shoreline to Victory Road. Just west of there, is a mazelike forest (which is still technically part of Route 23)
