I feel like majority of Gym Leaders would get completely slaughtered.
Only exceptions that I can immediately think of, are
Koga (he promoted to E4 during the time skip, so he must've been quite strong, or at least trained hard)
Wallace (He was Champion in Emerald)
Volkner (he's stated to be the strongest Gym Leader in Sinnoh. Also seems to be somewhat comparable to Flint)
Iris (became Champion)
Drayden (helped train Iris, could most likely take out a few Pokémon of an elite four member)
Raihan (stated that he's strong enough to hypothetically become the champion in another region)
Larry (I mean he's both a Gym Leader and E4 member)
