So what the hell do some of the rivals do after their respective league tournaments? I know the Hoenn coordinators all split to purgatory Johto, but it doesn't really explain what Ritchie, Barry, Paul, Nando, Trip, etc do after they fall short of their goals, save that they generally stay in their respective regions.
I guess Paul implied he would take on the Kanto Battle Frontier, Bianca would become Juniper's assistant, and Burgundy was still studying, but the others I have no idea about.
