2) What town/city are you near?
Littleroot. I love the peaceful music
3) What's your plan?
Considering my job and skills, maybe try to get a job as a security guard? According to Norman's Pokenav data, he takes like 30 minutes from Littleroot to Petaburg. So maybe the pokemon world is different to the ones we see in games. If not, maybe construction.
4) What are your goals?
I always wanted to travel the Pokemon World, so I'd try to become a great trainer. My team is Mudkip, Ralts, Taillow, Seedot, Lotad, and Zigzagoon (with a Treecko and a Torchic that are boxed).
I will go and take the League Challenge, and after that I'll go to the Battle Frontier (with my team fully evolved. My fav three are Swampert, Blaziken, and Sceptile). When I get all golden Symbols, I try to convince Scott to make a Frontier Master position, where only those who have all Gold get to challenge me.
Since that will take time, I will travel the world with all that sponsorship money, and visit other battle facilities. Kinda like make pokemon training a full blown sport (which already is around Gen 8).
When I reach the peak and everyone knows my name, I will search for a successor, and retire. Maybe to one of the Sevii Islands or Dewford. I like peaceful places next to the sea.
