>BF being a big drop of missed opportunity.I feel mixed about this mostly came as how they handle it as a filler season, but It had an interesting growth for Ash with all his build up against Brandon and everything that eventually tied nicely with Paul in DP, and it gave us a lot great moments like older reserves having some of their best fights like Snorlax or the OS Pokemon, plus Donphan finally getting his lost screentime from Johto.
I do agree the BF being stuck in Kanto was fucking weird and it was miss opportunity to not have the actual gimmicks of each facility, at least Scott was a cool dude.
wish we had more interactions between Brock and Lucy too.
