>>50755364>Because that's a retarded take and you know that.Ah, yes, it's so retarded in fact that you had to scramble to find an argument.
>If Pikachu battled an electric pokemon then he would have full awareness of dealing with electric moves and prepare to absorb it.My argument was that if Pikachu's attacks hit it would be when the pokemon and trainer were not expecting it, regardless of type. Also, didn't Paul's Elekid actually absorb one of Pikachu's attacks in the first Paul battle?
>And that thunderbolt provided the extra power for that attack. How, by dissipating?
>He explicitly said that thunderbold was used to get more power for his next move. Why didn't he directly say that he used that power to ENTER the tornado? The sentence was structured with Brock stating that Ash used TA to break through the Twister so that he can deliver the finishing blow, and with Scott continuing on about why the Volt Tackle was as strong, because of the rotation. One character explains part one of the strategy, and the other explains part two, if there was no disconnect between the two stages of Ash's strategy they wouldn't need to have it explained in parts like that. Anon, I'm glad you took my advice to watch the episode, but now I would like you to watch the episode with you're eyes open this time and actually see what happens and how, and gain some reading comprehension.
>Tood bad that no interaction between solid masses is seen here. Pikachu enters inside and he's subjected to rotation. The entire point of using Thunderbolt on itself was to be able to use TA to "break" through the Twister and get inside it so that, when the TA has dispersed, it can use Volt Tackle with the boost of the rotation.
>Such an event is possible, or in any case, it's a type of action that has entered the common imagination thanks to video games or previous action series.>It's okay that it's retarded because other unrelated games and media are also retarded(1/2)
