They HAVE to be doing it on purpose. TCPi must hate the fact that they changed Serena's hair. It literally takes maybe 30 seconds to change that title card, and they haven't for what, over a year?

See, /vp/, TPCi's dub is one of the worst dubs ever made. This is why you pretty much have to watch Pokemon in Japanese to enjoy it these days- and not all dubs are shit, but this one is shit.
