They never said “it’s dumb”, they never said “it goes against our vision”, they never said “that doesn’t make sense because Pokemon are all beasts”, they said it would only work as a finale. Why would they say that if they wanted people to only see Pokemon as beasts?

They make a joke about Meowth forgetting he’s a Pokemon because it’s funny, not to make some kind of statement. I mentioned earlier that he got a job at a noodle place in one episode, but you just wrote it off as a joke. It’s not really a joke when it’s a major part of the episode’s plot. They wouldn’t pay him money or let him work in a restaurant if he was a floor-pissing beast.
This is what happens when you refuse to adapt your theories to evidence. You end up making insane claims like “the sapient talking Pokemon who’s capable of getting jobs probably pees on the floor.”
