The anime producers obviously thought very little of their audience thinking kids would watch any crap as long as it had Pokemon on it's name, like why bring back Brock and do nothing with him, why make Misty "Togepi girl" apart from the Whirl Cup and when she wanted to get a Corsola, why make Team Rocket go from the best part of the show to becoming the worst? Why do fucking nothing with the GS ball all because they used Celebi in movie 4, when outside of Mewtwo, the movies are basically non canon. It nearly felt like they were sabotaging the show from the inside
