There's nothing to say except that Pokémon includes feminine designs among the wide array of designs they put out but that doesn't fundamentally change the structure of the franchise. I said it earlier but Takeshi Shudo explains this perfectly when he notes the variety of inspiration for Pokémon like objects but that they're conceptualized as these critters, verily so in one of his blog post he says that it was a decision made which reflects on how he writes on Pokémon.
So yes, Pokémon has feminine designs, some that are sexualized by the fanbase and some that aren't. Verily so the most sexualized Pokémon, Lucario, doesn't strike me as having a feminine design.
All in all these are realities of the franchise, these designs exist but don't fundamentally change anything about the construction of Pokémon and in turn their reception to the wider public.
