Fake Tears is a bad move on anything: it's much better to boost than lower opponent's stats because they can always just switch. Generally, only offense or speed lowering moves have any use in doubles, especially if they have priority or double target.
I can't think of anything that Bonsly could logically get to make it worth breeding - Sudo already gets Sucker Punch, Stealth Rock and Explosion by itself.
Accelerock would make it worth it, even if it doesn't make much sense.
