The direct translation of is name is Fag. Remember this is the Japanese name. It may be localized as Fageon.

It's said to be Normal-type. Which is unusual, as Sylveon is Normal-type, but it evolves by trade.

Also sorry for the lens flare. I took this on a very sunny day and my dad, Jonnu Gamefreak, wanted me to get back to work on the new Digimon game.

A new type. Something like a Fairy type based on the sylph and nymph names and the visual similarities with Pokemon in the Fairy egg group.

No confirmation on name, realtion to Mewtwo, Sylveon's typing, or anything.

Glaceon and Leafeon weren't inspired by anything on the DS.

Sylveon's evolution will probably be based on some 3DS gimmick. My money is on it evolving it by playing with Eevee like a Nintendog. It'll be like the pokewalker except you can stop and pet it and play fetch and whatnot.

male trainers get the other eeveelution by doing the same thing

I saw three different animations.
On the Sylveon reveal I saw only one animation.
It is interesting. I hope it doesn't end up like stadium with the same animation for everything. I'm already a bit sad that they're stuck in circles again.
