>>11910689We don't KNOW this new Mewtwo's origins yet but that doesn't mean it isn't planned out already. Kyurem is just an example of how GF is not to be taken literally when they say/write things.
It's ambiguous to me because
1. they're being shifty about it. They WANT us to speculate, like with Sylveon who will very likely just be a normal type.
2. It looks like Mewtwo and they've been handing formes out to legendaries quite a bit recently.
3. That movie is coming out and adding mystery to the pokemon starring in it prior will ultimately help them with sales. That movie poster that circulted recently turns out to be legit so why would they swap out mewtwo instead of putting them side-by-side?
Too much is pointing toward it being a new forme on TOP of them being shifty about it.
