>>43040829Based Kaloschad. These games are the actual best to introduce other people to Pokemon. "Rivals" in XY were never meant to be more than friends and not serious competittion like in previous games besides Calem/Serena. People shit on Lysandre and Team Flare while shit like Team Magma/Aqua, Galactic and a shittier Rocked without an actual boss exist. Although theh games had wasted potential with characters like Diantha, AZ, Malva or Wulfric, they also introduced a lot of cool things to the franchise and many of their mistakes or flaws actually come from BW. Just a simple Exp. Share tweak and a bit stronger opponents would have made XY so much better games, but they are already pretty good, especially for being the only region without an expansion or definitive edition.
