>>47669264I know you're baiting Yawnie otherwise you wouldn't be arguing with a Kalos fan, but I'll humor you.
>So is BW2 rushed because the god stone is in the game but the original dragon isn't?The god stone has zero data; Zygarde's signature moves are fully coded but its forms are dummied out.
>So is BW rushed because Keldeo and Genesect aren't featured in the game at any point? Those are mythicals. Mega Latis were regular Pokemon and they were unceremoniously added to XY, even after ORAS came out there was no fanfare or indication that you could trade the stones back-- if it weren't for datamines no one would have even figured that out at all.
>How do they not line up?They're treated as important characters when their significance is even less than minor ones. They have no motivations, no backstory, and no direction beyond appearing once or twice. Despite this, they have fully modeled battle animations while the Champion, Diantha, uses a static jpg.
>How would they need to be expanded and explained? Why are defenders of Kalos necessary? What did they ever do in the past? What spurred them to appear when they did when it could have happened off-screen with nothing changing? Tierno and Trevor also know about them being Sina and Dexio but there's never any reason or justification for this. For all we know, it could really be someone else other than Sina and Dexio and we'd be nonethewiser since all the other plot threads that were brought up and dropped midway through Sun and Moon's development didn't shed any light either.
>It appears at the end of the game. Did you play the game?It doesn't appear. The model is used in a cutscene but there's never any usage for Light of Ruin or its base stats outside of the hotel sidequests.
These all just seem like meta reasons you pulled out of your ass for the game being "complete" instead of judging based on the content of the game itself; almost like you've never actually played it which is why you can't even defend it.
