Sinnoh: The stat trainers and Charon.
Unova: Benga, Ingo, Emmet, Yancy, and Curtis.
Kalos: Nita, Evelyn, Dana, Morgan, Alain, Essentia/Emma, AZ, Dexio, Sina, the Flare Scientists, and if you count them as oddballs, Trevor and Tierno.
I also added the GO Team Leaders and GO Rocket Admins.
Alola: Every Captain and Kahuna, the Ultra Recon Squad four, and Faba. Lillie if she counts as an oddball.
Galar: Given the structure idk what counts as oddball for this region, so: Peony, Sordward, Shielbert, Mustard, Honey, Magnolia and Sonia both, Avery and Klara.

>>46609550I can understand that, but my reasoning for doing so is that I wanted every region to have all the fully evolved mons from said region on it, and I've always liked how the manga and Masters give legendaries to trainers. It's fun assigning legendaries to trainers that would have them, imo.
