Uh no I haven't heard anything like THAT
My guess is that Tomiyasu basically took responsibility for the gross mismanagement of PM
And Hayashi was either too expensive/the sound staff couldn't figure out how to work his OSTs
They really only used the same handful over and over again, and used the others like once
