When you use grading services. the responsibility of the package from when it goes from your HOME to the FACILITY is 1000000% YOUR responsibility.
When you pay PSA for grading and you pay for the DECLARED VALUE, you are paying for INSURANCE of that CARD(S) from when it successfully arrives at the FACILITY.
If PSA NEVER recieves it when you ship it. that is NOT their problem. but as soon as they recieve it, the ball is in THEIR court. after they are done grading them, it is PSA RESPONSIBILITY to ENSURE the packages gets back to YOU. so apart of that INSURANCE you pay when you declare the value of the card is that if the package is lost or stolen when it leaves the facility that is on PSA ASS.
so summed up Trip A to B is your fault, B to A is PSA responsibility.
It says in the fine print that FedEx DOES NOT INSURE.
It says that USPS WILL INSURE AT ADDITIONAL COSTS.
HE IS RETARDED FOR THINKING THAT HE CAN JUST THROW A PACKAGE IN THE MAIL AND EXPECT EVERYONE TO BELIEVE HIM THAT ITS WORTH 75k.
