I like to name my birds (and flying types, really) after jet planes, so Talonflame and Noibat could both go for that. Tyrantrum has those jaws again, so there's that, but I'd also think about one of the Godzilla kaijus, maybe. Even though it's not specifically designed that way, I've always thought of Heracross as a boxer or a MMA fighter, so I'd go with Mike Tyson or something. As for Venusaur, I always like to name my Grass types after real-life plants like Nightshade or something, so maybe use that kind of theme.
