>>58209450>DigimonReally like the anime side (Adventure, 02 and Frontier). Played World 1 a few years ago and enjoyed it. Designs are creative and often better than Pokemon ones. Strongly dislike current style for human characters which seems to be the most basic weeb crap. I was never a fan of a temporary evolution as well and this is why I stuck with Pokemon. Well, games being inconsistent played a part in it too. World series is a huge mess.
>Yu Gi OhYou can call me a genwunner of Yu-Gi-Oh! I know *some* stuff about the current decks (pendulum, XYZ and whatnot) but most of my memories about the series come from the first wave of media. I really liked playing Falsebound Kingdom a couple of years ago but it's a weird strategic 3v3 monster fighting RPG. Overall, I like the variety of different monsters but the card game itself seems needlessly complex and, therefore, not fun.
>Yokai WatchTell me, anons, is it worth checking out the anime or playing the games? Yo-Kai designs are horrible but I might be interested in other aspects of the franchise. I don't mind media for kids unless it's unbearably childish. Stuff like Digimon, Beyblade and Layton is okay. Ironically, Pokemon anime bores me.
