Actually not an XYfag. BW2fag, but I still think Gen 6 was decent, bare bones, with a bit of polish, but not much. Thing is, it was deprived of a 3rd version, which is why it feels so bad and small and unfinished, but if you compare XY to DP, forgetting Pt, XY simply lacks a small amount of content, which a Z could have fixed if we're being honest, and I dislike when people claim contrarianly that they're somehow worse than gen 7, when gen 7 is objectively the worst we've had to date.

Are you seriously going to be a retard? The artstyle was ridiculously simplified for "muh animation" when the animation isn't even much better than normal most of the time, the AUs went into the 20th then continued on as AU while not even using the current "artstyle" because it wasn't liked. Alola as a region is small as fuck both game and anime-wise, trying to take six people that all don't get focused on and are even gone occasionally then adding movie CotD is already too much. Hi there /padt/, old XYfag here (stopped watching SM 13 episodes in, artystyle was just too shit fpr me). Just watched the most recent ep because Misty and Brock. Honestly you could cut like half of this episode (the surfing section and exeguttor riding) and nobody would really notice. Is whole SM just like that? Filled with pointless "slice of life" animation sequences which are just there to fill the episode time? The only interesting momemts were references to previous seasons and the final TR battle. Also holy fuck, speedlines look horrible, XY spoiled me too much it seems. Why everyone looks like their face would melt in any moment? Artstyle is honestly terrible. I hope new series will be as good as XY or DP.

Also Lana is the main girl, right? She has Eevee, she must be one.
