Take a look at Twitter for instance and go through the older posts of SMfags. Many of them have fond memories of XY too. In fact, many SMfags on Twitter (especially the younger ones) started watching the anime during XY. The point is, saying that all SMfags hated XY is so far from the truth, and I really don't know why you've been trying to push this narrative for months.
