Gamefreak would have to fuck up royally to some unheard of level to knock Mewtwo out of uber.
Mawile's getting a lot (AND I MEAN A WHOLE FUCKING SHITLOAD) or raw power in it's Mega mode, it has a priority move and a decent defensive typing. It's got a lot going for it from just that.
Lucario was good before, now all it's Super Effective Hits are twice as strong. It's also got a lot of priorty moves that take advantage of that.
Absol will either be used for Magic Bounce, or not used at all because it takes up your Mega Slot and there are better options already available in Mawile and Lucario for just raw power.
Kangaskhan's ability's full effects are unknown so we can't judge.
Ampharos is a sad little thing that got an ability that only Pokemon with Ground attacks benefit from, a sub type that the metagame punishes you very hard for having because of all the super strong abominations that have it, and not even access to Draco Meteor.
