Amour was never meant to be anything other than used to help Serena grow and be cute. All the arguments for Ash's side were always incredibly weak. Their relationship is the same as it was in the beginning. Serena loves Ash, and Ash only views her as a buddy.

I will never understand Amourfags. Sure Serena has a crush on Ash, but come on. Ash has zero interest on romance anymore. Maybe if this was OS something could potentially happen bc his personality was different back then. But now, nothing's gonna happen between him and any girl.
