>>58886724(cont.) You wouldn't have a legitimate Wonder Card, but considering this was the era of extremely limited Wonder Card storage where you had to delete previous ones to make room for new ones, I don't mind that caviat too much. One Pokétch app was distributed only in Japan for DP, and it was naturally in all versions of Platinum, but the other two event apps were never distributed. Similarly, a Lucario doll for the Underground was only distributed in Japan for DPPt, but never anywhere else. There was also an undistributed Manaphy doll, Magnezone doll, "Great Trophy", Poké Ball ornament, diamond ornament, pearl ornament, and Comet fashion accessory for contests. I think these are relatively minor, but at least technically distributable through DNS like the Azure Flute. What angers me more is that they removed the email notifications in Platinum for completing a trade at the Global Terminal for all localizations. That and my v1.0 of NA Platinum has that unfixed Global Terminal display glitch where it won't show the requested level of the Pokémon, making it virtually unusable. Reminds me of v1.0 of NA FRLG's glitch with the terminating byte in the Pokédex entries. That's more annoying than something that hurts functionality, but when you think about the fixes they tried to do for RS around the world and DP in Japan, it makes you wish they did it for other games of that era too.
I'm actually fine for the Pokéwalker due to the reasons stated before. It's not something you can easily emulate, but everyone who bought HGSS when they came out has one.
For the Dream World, I tried it a number of times back then but it felt so disconnected to the actual game that I don't feel like I'm missing anything but the actual experience of using Dream Balls to catch the Pokémon in the Dream Forest, and some of the berries.
