>anything I should know as a fucking noob?Just enjoy the game. Unless you're doing pvp or are going to solo/duo raids then min maxing is not so important if you have a group. A small group of random can easily do most raids. Leveling up pokemon is expensive, resource wise, and you shouldn't do it unless you have to.
