Using a human-turned-Pokemon makes sense for the MC to ask all the same questions a new player might have about the world/game. And I feel like self-inserting is something PMD players expect at this point, which is easier with a blank slate human rather than a native with some backstory :P
>What is your favorite Pokémon to use in any PMD game and why?I played the Clover Guild hack where you play as Togetic and using metronome for every attack was so much fun. OuO!! Like using !rtd on TF2 community servers. Other than that, I liked Pikachu or Alolan Vulpix (also romhacked) just for having a room attack.
