Dawn is the best pokéwaifu to me, and gen4 is one of my favorite. I love blue-eyed brunettes.
But there are two things I dislike in her.

Overall, I think Jessie is my favorite + Team Rocket is so fun, but they're more or less even to me. They're in different categories.
Her pink outfit isn't great neither.
