Besides that of course the actual competitive format (as much as it fucking sucks) is better than the game trying to mimic it to the point of copying and even strengthening its restrictions (no accuracy lowering).
Also what's the point of giving Misty's Politoad in hardcore water U-turn if the weather is permanent. Unless they're literally just copying what an Omgon moveset would look like without considering the changes they made to their own game.
