"OH NO, WE GOTTA PROTECT THE POOR INDIE DEVELOPERS GAMEFREAK, IT'S NOT LIKE THEY OWN A THIRD OF THE LARGEST FRANCHISE IN THE WORLD"
People who harass others for enjoying a bad game are few and far between
It's not that it's just that tree, it's that, one, it's EVERY TREE, and two, they never fixed it
If by "everything pokemon related" you mean the official pokemon social media accounts, their own profiles, and people (like you) attacking them for wanting a basic standard for the series to stay a basic standard (think like a minimum wage), sure
Again, few and far between, also, don't act like people against the dex don't do similar if not worse things
Ahh, so you're demonizing fan games, and other monster catching franchises like digimon and yo kai watch now? What happened to having the moral high ground?
It wasn't the people who wanted the national dex upheld who tore apart the fanbase, it was the people who didn't, the people who demonize the fan game makers, demonize the people who want their favorite pokemon in the game, demonize the people who want other people's favorite pokemon in the game, demonize people who don't want their dex divided, demonize those that don't want their pokemon locked in a server where they cant get them out of, it was you, the anti dexers, the shills, the ones who will consume anything with the word "pokemon" on it (both figuratively and literally), you were the ones that divided the fanbase forever.
When have protests or revolts ever done anything? Women rights? Hah. Civil rights? Fucking hilarious. Independence from Britain? TOP FUCKING KEK. (yes I know, extreme examples, but I wanted to get a point across)
