Even if you're late on giving stats or trying to finish work early, it just straight up doesn't count. Overtime only goes into effect if you're working on a workweek and even then there're stipulations that most employers have that you NEED to be in the premises or using company hardware so they can track your time.
Gamefreak says clearly they will GIVE you an allowance FOR working from home or on public holidays.
What this means is that you will get paid OVERTIME for working at home.
I understand you're a third worlder that hasn't worked in an office or anywhere where you don't have to lay on your back and accept cum, but these kind of benefits are perks.
Half the time no one would actually do that because overtime pay(in my case anyway) just gets eaten up by taxes.
