I've chatted with him. He's just coloring the final act. It took him a few weeks to color each of the above parts. Part 4 is three pages long, so it'll take that much longer. He says he's working on it and will post it when the coloring is good enough "for Arceus himself". Just be patient. The man doesn't back out of things like this.
