>>11735269Only problem with that is that you can catch them, and then have even more overpowered pokemon to make the rest of the game easier. You could put them at the end of the game, but they'd still be incredibly overpowered for multiplayer if you're suggesting buffing stuff like Kyogre, and they'd completely throw the Ubers metagame out of whack.
The only way I can see this working is by there being some plot reason for them to be stronger in that one battle; like they have some machine put on them by bad guys that makes them way stronger, but it overworks their muscles, and isn't safe for them to use, so being the good trainer that you are you remove it. Or they could do something like having them made stronger by an evil spirit or some shit like that, and then you exorcise them.
