Yeah this comic at all isn't a good comic, but it isn't at all malignant.
It's just something some kid probably made and will look back on a few years from now, laugh at the goofy ass comic he made back when he was younger, delete it from his account, and maybe save it to some folder to laugh at for nostalgia from time to time.
It's nowhere near on the level of chris chan, the pokemon cult, justin rpg, or the deli meat transformation bondage pikachu.
assuming this is a KID, the art is really not that bad, and the script/concept is goofy but a lot of kid fanart is like that frankly.
