I'd just have a leafeon and Nidoran male. Leafeon gets sustenance from the sun and Nidoran would graze on grass and wild berries.
As for supplies, an emergency med kit, fishing line and hooks, rope, one man tent, tarp, lighter fluid, some dry fire starting material, flint and stone, lighter, small portable axe, sharpening stone and oil, pepper spray, 2-3 knives, boyscout knife thing, water container or two, brush for me and one for my pokemon, a towel, toothpaste and toothbrush, bar of soap, cooking kettle, turkey baster.... clothes would be a pair of knee length cargo shorts, 3 pairs of leggings, one pair of jeans, swimming trunks, 2 pairs of underwear, 2 undershirts, 4 pairs of socks and 2 would be thick wool, good pair of hiking boots, 2 tshirts, one longsleeved shirt, a waterproof and windproof bicycling jacket, a small umbrella, a warm sweater, a hat and a pair of warm gloves, dried food and those army meals, and really good backpack for hiking, oh and mosquito netting, an air horn, flares, a whistle, and a flashlight with extra batteries. Phone, charger, extra battery, and a map and compass and wind up watch. And rubber gloves, 2 pairs.
The only personal stuff I would bring is a sketchbook, 6 charcoal pencils, 6 micron pens, 12 colored pencils, and normal pencils with erasers, and maybe a thin pad of tracing paper as well. If not too bulky by then, I'd bring my camera too. Maybe a small solar powered battery charger? And normal pokemon shit like a pokedex/gps thing/healing potions/berries.
How I wish it could be real life with pokemon...
