Bianca could have been worse, but her development felt cheap.
Both are redeemed greatly in the sequels when we see how far they've come.
N's story was amazing. I like the lore behind it.
Hugh I like because I saw him as a douchebag from the get go.
Brendan/May had little to no development. Why should they? They're just the assistant character.
Wally, I think, was great because of his relation to other characters and overcoming his trials. But that might be me just Mary Sueing
