What's the hidden power?
If high Ice or Grass, go Jolteon.
If ground, go Glaceon.
If none of the above, just make an Umbreon, they have the neatest shiny.

If you want an effective battler then timid is a good nature for Jolteon, Espeon and maybe Glaceon

As for a nice looking shiny, I hope you like lime green
