Eh, it gets a lot of unexpected KOs, specially from pokes like Gliscor, Donphan and Heatran that never expect a Surf. The first two usually die with one hit, but Heatran can tank up to two surfs.
The only problem is that without specs it misses out on too many KOs, but with them you cannot abuse it's retarded coverage.
