It's too bad it's best Rock STAB is Ancient Power, but along with Flamethrower and Earth Power, it gets a decent coverage.
The biggest flaw is that even at +2 it gets outsped by every scarfed poke and 110 base speed pokes, but it's still a decent late game sweper.
It doesn't learn Rapid Spin, so that post can't be talking about Magcargo anyways.
