Since there was nowhere to level for the Elite 4 in these games besides fucking Victory Road, I just threw an amulet on my Alakazam and ran through the Elite 4 winning the first four battles and losing to Lance like 20 times in a row until all my Pokemon were a decent level. Did anyone else do that?

I usually just train my team up to level 45 before I take on the E4, although I will agree that grinding in Victory Road is a bitch

If you get your timing right when using Revives, Hyper Potions, and Full Restores, it shouldn't be too difficult. Just tedious.

victory road has always been a terrible way to train. its always better to grind on the gym leaders/ e4 till you beat them.

Please. I just picked Totodile and steamrolled with Ice Beam/Crunch/Surf/Slash and the help of a few hm slaves.

Pretty much this. As long as you got a water pokemon with Ice beam/Punch, Lance shouldn't be too hard.

Anyone here actually use the Pokewalker? I found that Wobbufett was absolutely a beast, always taking out 2 or three Pokemon.

I think I did that with the Eevee sisters, which worked great since they used a variety of types which were weak to the moves I usually teach my pokemon.
