What you rather them say something like? "Max Elixir - In case of a situation where you have used up all the PP (Power Points) of a Pokemon's move (e.g. Tackle, Water Gun), apply this item (Max Elixir) to completely restore the PP (Power Points) so you may be able to use the move (e.g. Tackle, Water Gun) again"

You seriously want all of that instead of "It restores the PP"?

It's the fact that "It restores the PP" is a fucking shit translation. That's like a sentence a five year old would string together. "Fully restores the PP of all moves" couldn't have been too difficult to put.
