Hey guys I was always curious why Nidorina and Nidoqueen cannot breed anymore, while Nidorino and Nidoking still can.

I mean fuck pokemon without a sex can breed with a Ditto but Nidorina can't what the fuck.

The males keep some of their early character throughout life, and ugly doesn't matter as much for a dude as long as he's rich enough to afford a Ditto.

I think it was some technical difficulty in GSC because Nidoran eggs have to be able to hatch into one of two species. Not sure if that issue still exists or if GF wants to leave it in as canon.

The original reason is probably that, but the history as far as i know is that Nidoqueen's are hermaphrodites, and like any other hermaphrodite they can't breed.

Could be just a rumor, you know how the internet is.
