I recommended using his Quick Cycle ability for more Attack and equip a Bleach Lens to make up some of the accuracy.
But I suggest you also run Loincloth. He gets +1 after every turn with Easy Movements, and learns Stain Pass.
Though if you're really good, or really lucky, you can have it use fold to boost Attack, Defense, and Accuracy; then Stain Pass that along with the increases to Speed.
