If you're worried about TMs pre GenV then use them on a male pokemon with alot of breeding options, then you can just breed the TM moves around.

To easily check what IVs a Pokemon has is Gen V Enter it in the battle subway and input it's stats in an IV checker

Yeah it had egg groups on as well (just fully evolved poke for space). I pretty much instantly regretted saving it just for the EV hotspots.
