Shit happens, it's not fair, and usually ends up screwing up kids lives. I know after my parents got divorced I was never the same. I'm in my senior year of high school and I suffer from depression, I have only 5 credits and I'm considering getting a GED

The sad thing is, is that before my parents were divorced, I was an honor role student.

Pokemon is one the things that keeps me going, and it's one of the only things that keeps me happy

Divorce is common as hell by these times, stress by the new fast lives often accumulates to the point that having to share your free time with someone else stress is just asking too much, today society is too demanding to have a family without worries, getting married is becoming a luxury that lasts only in higher classes by now

Despite my Mom being immensely mentally damaged due to a medical condition, her and my Dad are still married, and he still loves her through it, even if that condition stops her from showing any love she still has for him or not back with ease.

Though, I've never really had a real Mom because of it. Dad had to both look after her and raise me my whole life.

I understand how this makes people sad, but in ym case I think they're better off divorced. I was sick of them arguing all the time, calling each other horrible things and even blaming us on their fights.
Now they get along pretty well, they even go on double dates with their new spouses.

Multiple sclerosis. Basically, an area around the spinal cord and brain is damaged, eventually convincing the body's own immune system to attack itself. I honestly haven't ever looked into it too much. It's really advanced for her, she can't even feed herself or use a TV remote anymore, and she has tons of issues with communicating with others due to it. At this point, she has to live in a home, though we visit her nearly every day.

No I get it, I grew up with my parent arguing and it feels like it really made me sensitive to get people mad. It was mostly mom screaming though but you can blame her. Both of my siblings have severe autism and have seizures, but she's kinda obsessed with them even with the extra attention they need and acts like the world is against her. So she makes things a bit harder, my aunt acts like a 2nd mom in similar fashion

My mom divorced my dad after he went blind.
Now he's got a smoking hot girlfriend (not that he'd know) who is also blind.
He also plays pokemon on emulators using a screen reader.
Right now he's going through heart gold.

I'm not too angry my parents got divorced, I knew it was for the best. They just stopped loving each other.
But leaving him right after he went blind was a dick move.
